Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UAE and to other GCC countries. You will see the delivery options and cost for your address at checkout.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and sent within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will get tracking details once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.

How can I pay?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other options shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a toy?

We offer an exchange if you get the wrong item, if it arrives damaged, or if parts are missing. Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund Policy.

How do I choose the right toy for my child's age?

Use our Shop by Age collections for 0 to 12 months, 1 to 2 years, 3 to 4 years and 5 to 7 years. Each product page also shows the age advice.

Are the toys safe for young children?

Please always check the age advice on the product page. Some toys have small parts, magnets or marbles, and are not for children under 3. We recommend adult supervision for younger kids.

Do you have gift sets?

Yes. Our 3 in 1 bundles are ready made gift sets and cost less than buying each toy alone.
